Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies aligned with organizational revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue recent business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and transition to delivery or account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop relevant solutions and value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, business cases, and commercial recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, account plans, and activity records in Workday or the designated CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer feedback,



and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, product, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- Lead or support strategic negotiations and ensure appropriate commercial, contractual, and risk considerations are addressed.
- Track performance against sales targets, revenue goals, pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and other agreed business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer experience, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coach, mentor, and share best practices with junior team members and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
- Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and business forums.
