About the Roles

We are expanding and hiring Operations Managers to independently lead day-to-day operations, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth

Though the core mandate—team leadership, direct sales, client relations, retention, and business growth—is shared, each manager will focus exclusively on their assigned domain.

Core Responsibilities

Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage front-line staff, sales representatives, and support teams. Establish clear daily workflows, performance metrics, and accountability.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Spearhead local sales efforts, identify recent revenue streams, and actively convert leads to achieve monthly targets.

Client & Customer Relations:



Act as the primary escalation point for customer inquiries, ensure flawless service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Customer Retention: Design and implement loyalty programs, follow-up systems, and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

Public Relations & Outreach: Build local brand awareness, establish community partnerships, and manage public relations to drive venue traffic and inquiries.

Daily Operations: Oversee facilities, scheduling, inventory, safety protocols, and daily administrative logistics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
