Role & responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Record and reconcile revenue, expenses, guest payments, and bank transactions.
- Enter and reconcile bills from online portals such as Swiggy, Zomato, and MakeMyTrip.
- Maintain cash and bank books and perform regular reconciliations.
- Process vendor payments accurately and on time.
- Calculate salaries and manage payroll payments.
- Maintain ESIC records and support statutory compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and departmental costs.
- Conduct hotel inventory audits.
- Support financial audits and maintain confidential records.
- Coordinate with hotel departments for effective financial controls and timely reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with prior experience of hotel industry is required.
