About the Opportunity
We are a growing FMCG / Food & Namkeen business with an established presence and strong growth ambitions.
As part of our next phase of expansion, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager / Business Head to lead our business growth, strengthen distribution and build a scalable Pan-India sales and distribution network.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of building markets, developing distribution networks and delivering sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's Pan-India growth strategy
- Expand distribution across new states and markets
- Build and manage distributor and super-stockist networks
- Develop General Trade, Modern Trade, Institutional, E-commerce and Quick-Commerce channels
- Build,
lead and mentor a high-performance sales team
- Establish state-wise and territory-wise sales strategies
- Develop distributor margins, schemes and incentive structures
- Monitor primary and secondary sales
- Maintain strong collection and working-capital discipline
- Identify new markets, opportunities and competitive threats
- Work closely with production, supply chain, finance and marketing teams
- Develop effective MIS, reporting and performance-management systems
- Take ownership of business growth, profitability and market expansion
- Report directly to the Promoters / Directors
Candidate Profile -
We are looking for a proven business builder, not simply someone with a senior designation.
Qualification & Ideal Candidate-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field is preferred.
