We are looking for an experienced
US IT Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting IT professionals across various technologies and employment types.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle
end-to-end US IT recruitment
from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Experience
1 to 5 years
- Source candidates through
LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening to evaluate
technical skills, communication, experience, work authorization,



location, and availability
.
- Coordinate candidate submissions and follow up with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT consultants.
- Coordinate with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand requirements.
- Negotiate compensation/rates and manage candidate expectations.
- Track interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with client and company hiring policies.
