About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive
Career Consultant / Job Search Specialist
to take ownership of our clients' job searches and help move them from
job search → applications → interviews → offers → placement
.

This is not a traditional career coaching role.

You will be directly involved in the execution of the client's job search. You will identify the right opportunities, tailor resumes, submit applications, identify hiring managers and recruiters, conduct LinkedIn and email outreach, follow up consistently, and manage the pipeline until the client gets placed.

What You Will Do

1. Find the Right Job Opportunities




- Conduct daily searches for relevant US job opportunities
- Identify roles that match the client's experience, skills, target compensation, location, and career goals
- Search across LinkedIn, company career pages, job boards, and other relevant sources
- Identify both advertised and potential hidden opportunities
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of target companies and roles
- Prioritize quality opportunities instead of mass applying

2. Resume Tailoring & Application Strategy
- Review job descriptions and identify the key requirements
- Tailor client resumes for specific positions
- Align keywords, accomplishments, skills, and positioning with each role
- Ensure resumes are ATS-friendly while remaining compelling to recruiters
- Prepare customized application materials when required
- Submit applications accurately and consistently
- Track every application and its status
