Job Summary
Sri VKS Homes is looking for an experienced Senior Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team by converting inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into site visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and customer updates
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in telecalling (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to convince and handle customer objections confidently
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM or call tracking systems
