To drive end-to-end project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for Greenfield/Brownfield Thermal Power Projects.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing integrated project schedules, tracking project progress, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning teams, and ensuring timely execution of BTG and BOP packages within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities of Role
Project Planning & Scheduling - Develop and maintain master project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare project baselines covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning activities.
- Develop Level-1, Level-2, Level-3, and detailed package-wise schedules.
- Establish milestones and critical paths for BTG and BOP project packages.
- Prepare integrated schedules encompassing all project functions.
Project Monitoring & Controls - Monitor actual progress against approved baseline schedules.
- Perform critical path and float analysis.
- Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks impacting project timelines.
- Prepare catch-up and recovery plans for delayed activities.
- Conduct look-ahead planning and rolling-wave schedule updates - Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports.
