Purpose of the Role:
- Close assign task of Machine commissioning , Service request warranty / Non Warranty / ASC, Preventive maintenance warranty / ASC with the target period.
- Responsible for revenue generation as per target in on warranty service , ASC and spares sale.
- Take follow up with customer for purchase order , Proforma Invoice with HO , Payment follow up with customer and spares dispatch from HO after receipt of Payment.
- Responsible for collection of receivable and return of defective spares to HO for analysis
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Ensure machine commissioning with in target period with signing of commissioning report
- Closing service request with in the target period 90% complaint closing on same day with singing of service report
- Carry out preventive maintenance warranty / ASC as per the guidelines
- Provide inputs to CSD for critical complaints and product improvement
- Generating service revenue through non warranty service , Annual service contract as per target. Arrange to send ASC quote to customer after expiry of warranty period and follow up for ASC Order
- Generating spares enquiry during service visit and achieve target. Arrange for quotation from HO spares dept.
- Ensure targeted Hit Ratio from enquiry to sale for spares business
- Achieving revenue of ASC / Spares as per monthly target
