Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager with a proven track record in IT services selling. If you are a dynamic sales professional with 2-5 years of international sales experience, capable of driving independent sales efforts, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead the IT sales team, setting clear goals and driving the achievement of the annual sales target.
- Pre-Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales team to create compelling pitches and proposals for potential clients.
- International Representation: Represent the company at global events, exhibitions, and conferences, showcasing our services and building strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Independent Sales: Manage the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets,



focusing on large enterprise clients in need of IT services.
- Team Building and Mentorship: Foster a culture of success and encourage professional development within the sales team.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales with a focus on IT services selling.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in leading sales teams and working in collaboration with pre-sales departments.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to make attractive offers to global clients.
