Manage and maintain accurate BOMs, support data analysis and ensure timely completion of critical BOM requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update and validate BOMs in coordination with HO, Plants, PD, Supply Chain and other stakeholders.
- Extract, download and analyse SAP reports where required.
- Maintain proper documentation, version control and BOM data accuracy.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Strong computer skills and hands-on experience in handling data
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivots, Lookups, Formulae, Data Cleansing & Validation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Power BI and SAP
- Ability to understand manufacturing processes and the role of material, packaging and formulation components.
- Basic coding knowledge and familiarity with GenAI tools for task automation
