Key Responsibilities

· Source blue-collar workers such as helpers, loaders, warehouse workers, drivers, machine operators, housekeeping staff, security personnel, technicians, and production workers.

· Conduct manpower sourcing through field visits, local contacts, referrals, job fairs, WhatsApp groups, social media, and other channels.

· Explain job responsibilities, salary, working hours, location, advantages, and other employment conditions to candidates.

· Screen candidates based on age, experience, skills, location, and job requirements.

· Conduct basic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Maintain a database of available and interested workers.

· Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, medical requirements, and joining formalities.

· Follow up with selected candidates until they report for duty.

· Coordinate worker transportation and joining, when required.

· Develop and maintain contacts with local manpower suppliers, contractors, community networks, and worker groups.

· Achieve daily and monthly manpower sourcing and joining targets.





· Maintain regular follow-up with workers to reduce absenteeism and early dropouts.

· Prepare daily/weekly manpower sourcing and joining reports.

· Support the HR/Recruitment team in urgent and bulk manpower requirements.

Requirements

· 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate qualification.

· 1–2 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, manpower sourcing, staffing, or field recruitment preferred.

· Freshers with good communication skills and strong local contacts may also be considered.

· Willingness to travel locally for field-level manpower sourcing.

· Good communication and convincing skills.

· Ability to work with targets and meet urgent manpower requirements.

· Knowledge of the local labour market and worker networks will be an advantage.

· Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Excel.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
