Role Description
The Back Office Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in Pune City, with some flexibility for work from home. Daily responsibilities include managing office documentation, maintaining records, handling data entry, and supporting internal coordination across departments. The role involves assisting with order processing, preparing reports,



and supporting basic finance-related activities such as invoicing and payment follow-ups. The Back Office Executive will communicate with internal teams and relevant external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations and support sales and service activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in both office and remote settings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, including documentation, record-keeping, Dispatch and coordination.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills, such as handling inquiries, assisting with quotations, and coordinating with the sales team.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance skills, including invoicing, payment tracking, and support
