Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for production, design, sales, project management, and support functions.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet production and project schedules.

Employee Relations
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Promote company values, teamwork, and ethical workplace practices.

Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
- Support department heads in setting performance goals.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend development plans.
- Coordinate promotions, confirmations, and succession planning.

Training & Development
- Assess training needs across manufacturing and office functions.
- Organize technical, safety, leadership, and soft skills training programs.




- Maintain employee training records and evaluate training effectiveness.

HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, and other labor requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance department.

Compensation & Benefits
- Administer salary structures, employee perks, incentives, and bonus programs.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking.
- Assist management in annual compensation reviews.

Workforce Planning
- Forecast manpower requirements based on production schedules and business growth.
- Monitor employee turnover and recommend retention strategies.
- Optimize workforce productivity and staffing levels.

Health, Safety & Welfare
- Support implementation of workplace health and safety practices.
- Coordinate employee wellness initiatives.
