We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives for our e-waste recycling and resource recovery business. The role will be responsible for developing new revenue streams, building strategic relationships with corporates and other stakeholders, and expanding the company's e-waste collection, recycling, and responsible disposal network.

The ideal candidate will have solid B2B business development experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a good understanding of e-waste management, recycling, ESG, EPR, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers, including manufacturers, OEMs, IT companies, electronics retailers, corporates, institutions, and bulk consumers.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Develop proposals,



commercial models, quotations, and business cases for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms.
- Drive e-waste collection programs, take-back initiatives, asset recovery, and recycling partnerships.
- Identify opportunities related to EPR, ESG, sustainability, circular economy, and responsible e-waste disposal.
- Work closely with operations and recycling teams to ensure smooth execution of customer commitments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and emerging opportunities in the e-waste sector.
- Build strategic partnerships with collection agencies, recyclers, aggregators, manufacturers, and other ecosystem participants.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and business performance reports to management.
- Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
