Job Title: Printing Operator (Flexo / Screen / Dry-Off)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Printing Operator with hands-on experience in Flexographic, Screen, and Dry-Off printing machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality control, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production and high-quality output.

Eligibility Criteria

Option 1:
- Qualification: ITI (Relevant Trade)
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in printing operations

Option 2:
- Qualification: Diploma in Printing Technology
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in printing operations

Option 3:
- Freshers can also apply

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Flexo, Screen, and Dry-Off printing machines efficiently.
- Perform machine setup including cylinder mounting, plate mounting, ink preparation, web alignment, and registration.
- Ensure proper colour matching, ink viscosity control, and print quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, tension, pressure, temperature) for optimal performance.




- Conduct routine machine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
- Monitor production parameters and minimize wastage.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with pre-press, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Flexographic and Screen-printing processes.
- Familiarity with Dry-Off / drying systems and solvent-based ink handling.
- Understanding of web handling, tension control, and registration systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and print defects.
- Knowledge of ink mixing, viscosity control, and colour consistency.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in laminated or plastic tube manufacturing industry.

· Knowledge of GMP and quality standards (especially for cosmetic/pharma tubes).

· Positive communication and teamwork skills.
