? Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory development, with a focus on industrial or safety products.
- Ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships, manage pipelines, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Basic understanding of fall protection, occupational safety or related technical concepts with willingness to undergo product training.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office and standard sales reporting methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or a related field, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in sales within construction, industrial safety, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors
