Job Description – Logistics Executive

Designation: Logistics Executive Experience: 1–3 years (Mid-Senior Level) Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the Scrap/Recycling industry will be preferred

Location: Sector 30, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics coordination, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch, and delivery tracking
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth movement of goods across locations
- Track and maintain records of vehicle numbers, routes, and consignment details
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) to ensure timely pickup and delivery
- Monitor logistics costs and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions
- Handle documentation related to transport, invoicing, and compliance
- Resolve on-ground logistics issues promptly to avoid delays




- Maintain strong local knowledge of transport networks across Pan India locations

Key Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of relevant logistics/coordination experience
- Prior exposure to the scrap/recycling industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle numbers, routes, and transport documentation
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work across multiple locations (Pan India exposure)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
