About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions across domains such as FinTech, Banking, Payments, SaaS, E-commerce, ERP, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
- Create process flows, wireframes, workflows, and business models where required.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



test scenario creation, and requirement validation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
- Analyze APIs and integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
