This program is structured as an intensive training-cum-evaluation initiative where selected candidates will gain hands-on operational exposure to enterprise routing, switching, VPN technologies, and network security infrastructure.

- Phase 1: Contractual Internship & Technical Training (Months 1 to 4)
- Cohort Size: 8–10 Engineers.
- Compensation: INR 11,000/- per month, disbursed upon submission of monthly invoices.
- Focus: Intensive hands-on training, lab simulations, live deployment shadowing, and performance evaluations.
- Phase 2: Full-Time Probation (Months 5 to 10)
- Selection: Based on performance evaluations at the end of Month 4, top 4–6 performers will be selected for permanent onboarding onto probation.
