Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist specializing in HR operations and payroll execution. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day HR administrative workflows, manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, drive talent acquisition, and deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding and induction to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll & HR Operations (Core Focus)
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, attendance, leaves, overtime, and reimbursements.
- Handle statutory compliance deductions and filings (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF).
- Maintain and update the HRMS database, ensuring 100% data integrity for employee records.
- Address and resolve employee payroll, tax, and benefits inquiries in a timely manner.
- Prepare routine HR metrics, including monthly payroll summary, turnover, and headcount reports.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition




- Execute end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine candidate criteria.
- Manage offer approvals, compensation discussions, and offer letter generation.

3. Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding
- Facilitate pre-joining documentation, background verification (BGV) checks, and asset allocation.
- Conduct structured HR induction and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of current hires.
- Oversee the complete exit process: conduct exit interviews, coordinate clearance across departments, and process Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

4. HR Administration & Policy Implementation
- Draft and issue official employee letters (Appraisal, Promotion, Transfer, Relieving).
