JEEGenie is a personalized learning platform for JEE and NEET aspirants across Classes 11, 12, and droppers, offering Smart Mock Tests and structured practice tools designed to complement coaching institutes rather than replace them.

Role Summary

The Marketing Strategist will own end-to-end marketing execution for JEEGenie — from campaign planning and social media growth to influencer partnerships and offline outreach. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can both strategize and execute in a fast-moving startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, WhatsApp, offline/print) aligned with student and parent decision cycles
- Own social media strategy and content calendar for @jeegenieofficial
- Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships with nano/micro influencers and marketing agencies




- Draft and refine brand messaging, ensuring consistency with JEEGenie's positioning and tone
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, CAC) and report on ROI
- Coordinate with Content, Product, and BD teams to align marketing output with product updates and admissions timelines
- Support pamphlet, collateral, and local marketing efforts in target cities
- Stay current on JEE/NEET admissions cycles, competitor activity (e.g., PW, Allen), and edtech marketing trends

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in edtech, D2C, or startup settings
- Proven track record managing social media growth and digital campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven approach to campaign optimization
