Position: Recruitment Consultant (Non IT - Automotive)

Exp: 1 -5 years

Location : Chennai

Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for automotive and manufacturing positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Follow up with candidates during notice periods until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closures.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for recurring automotive roles.
- Required Skills
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably automotive manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and die casting.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
