We are looking for an experienced and responsible Pharmacy Store In-Charge to join our team at Sabine Hospitals, Kasaragod

Location: Cherkala, Kasaragod
Position: Pharmacy Store In-Charge
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock availability.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, batch numbers and storage conditions.
- Coordinate procurement, receiving and distribution of medicines and medical supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital and pharmacy procedures.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage and expiry-related losses.




- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy store staff.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and hospital requirements.

Qualification:
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm or relevant qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy/store environment preferred.
- Solid knowledge of pharmacy inventory management and documentation.
- Good communication, organizational and team-management skills.
- Experience with HIS/ERP or pharmacy inventory software will be an added advantage.
