Fashion Brand Operations & Social Media Intern

About the Role We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized, and trend-aware intern to work directly with the founder across day-to-day operations, supply chain coordination, and digital growth. This hands-on role offers end-to-end exposure to running an independent fashion brand, from fabric sourcing and sampling to executing viral social content.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabric & Vendor Sourcing: Assist with identifying, contacting, and visiting fabric vendors, trims suppliers, and production workshops. Manage swatches, price sheets, and material inventories.
- Production & Logistics Coordination: Track sampling and production timelines with pattern makers, tailors, and manufacturers. Ensure quality checks and assist with packaging and order fulfillment.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation: Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks), behind-the-scenes footage, and product styling showcases.
- Community & Influencer Outreach:



Manage direct messages, engage with target audiences, and facilitate micro-influencer gifting and styling collaborations.
- Brand Coordination: Assist during editorial photoshoots, pop-ups, and lookbook productions, managing sample handling and on-ground logistics.

Requirements & Skills
- Student or recent graduate in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong aesthetic sense with an active pulse on contemporary fashion, editorial trends, and social media formats.
- Basic to intermediate skills in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or InShot) and basic design (Canva/Photoshop).
- Highly proactive, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with vendor liaison.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
