Role Overview

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of IT to lead the organisations technology function in India. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and ensuring that technology supports business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and long-term competitiveness.

The successful candidate will provide solid leadership across IT operations, enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business systems. The role requires extensive experience in managing and enhancing SAP and Salesforce environments, along with the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and senior leadership.

*Key Responsibilities*

IT Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organisations business objectives and growth plans.
- Establish a technology roadmap covering enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, automation, and digital platforms.




- Act as a strategic technology partner to the executive leadership team and business functions.
- Lead IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, and technology investment decisions.
- Define and monitor IT performance metrics, service standards, risk controls, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team with a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.

Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across business, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, customer service, finance, and support functions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and integrated digital platforms.
