About the Role (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Procurement Manager to oversee the company's procurement activities, vendor relationships, contract management, and technology asset purchasing. The role focuses on cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, cloud services, fintech solutions, and operational services while maintaining solid supplier partnerships and supporting business growth. This is a specialist IT/technology procurement role candidates from pure manufacturing, raw-material, or retail procurement backgrounds without technology/SaaS exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for hardware, software, cloud services, telecommunications, fintech solutions, and corporate services.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings and business value.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure service quality and SLA compliance.




- Own the contract lifecycle reviews, renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
- Maintain a centralized repository of vendor contracts, procurement records, and licensing documentation.
- Monitor software subscriptions, licenses, support agreements, and renewal schedules.
- Identify opportunities for procurement optimization, supplier consolidation, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, Security, and Business teams on procurement requirements and budgeting.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and vendor risk management standards.
- Produce regular reports on vendor spend, savings, contract status, inventory levels, and procurement KPIs.
