Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at HVAC project sites. Conduct regular site safety inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments. Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment, and Method Statements. Ensure protected execution of HVAC installation, ducting, piping, equipment erection, testing, and commissioning activities. Monitor safety during working at height, lifting activities, hot work, electrical work, confined-space work, and material handling. Ensure proper use of PPE and other required safety equipment. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular safety training for workers and contractors. Monitor compliance of subcontractors and workers with safety procedures. Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and take corrective/preventive actions.



Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation. Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents and recommend corrective measures. Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to resolve safety-related issues. Ensure availability and proper maintenance of fire-fighting and emergency-response equipment. Support emergency drills and ensure proper implementation of emergency response procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and client safety requirements. Prepare and submit regular HSE performance reports to management/client
