Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing HR strategies, managing payroll, facilitating training programs,



and ensuring a positive workplace culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle administrative duties, conduct employee orientations, and support organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Proficiency in payroll management and administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- experience in automobile or light commercial vehicle dealership is a must.
- Experience in facilitating training programs and organizational development
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Qualified HR certification is a plus
