About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Advisor to provide exceptional support to UK customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in Internet Service Providers (ISP) or Broadband support, possess strong troubleshooting skills,



and be passionate about resolving customer issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to UK-based customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Handle customer queries through calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot broadband, Wi-Fi, router, and internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams.
- Meet operational KPIs including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality, and Productivity.
