Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and demonstrably successful Sales Skilled with 10-15 years of experience to spearhead the growth of our Electro-Hydraulic Actuator business. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in critical Process Automation industries, including Oil & Gas, Power, Steel, Metro, etc. You will not only nurture and strengthen relationships with our valued existing customers but also actively identify and capture new market applications.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales strategies aligned with management objectives and develop the annual sales budget for the assigned territory.
- Target Achievement & Account Management: Achieve sales targets through active product promotion, strategic account planning for existing clients,
and aggressive expansion into new markets and applications.
- Technical Sales Excellence: Maintain a profound level of application and product selection expertise to deliver compelling technical presentations that addresses vacuum in the market and exceed client expectations.
- Market Expansion: Analyse executed projects to design and implement strategic plans that continuously expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Business Development & Market Intelligence: Utilize market intelligence to identify breakthrough opportunities in untapped markets. Proactively monitor and visit end-users to understand upcoming projects and lay the groundwork for future business.
- Consultant Collaboration: Partner with industry consultants to help develop and shape product specifications for tenders, ensuring process requirements are met and positioning Rotex favourably to secure the order.
