Leadership & Behavioural Expectations

This is not purely a hands-on developer role. The candidate should demonstrate:

1. Technical Leadership
- Lead technical decisions and architecture discussions.
- Guide developers and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Take ownership of technical delivery.

2. Multiple-Team Collaboration




- Work with multiple engineering/product/business teams.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams.
- Strong stakeholder management.

3. Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Executive-level communication is key because of the final Executive Round.

4. Cloud & DevOps
- AWS experience.
- CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
- DevOps practices.
- Networking concepts.
- Production/application deployment exposure.

5. Modern Technology Exposure
- Node.js + Java good to have .
- AI/GenAI exposure is an advantage.
- Experience with platforms/products used by a large internal user base.
