Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Drive targeted outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social selling, and other channels.
- Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise organizations across the US East Coast.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, VPs, and other senior technology decision-makers.
- Understand customer business challenges and position relevant IT consulting and technology services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior sales and technical teams.
- Clearly articulate service offerings around:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Oracle Databases
- Data & AI Solutions
- Qualify prospects based on business need, technology landscape, budget, decision-making process, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity information in CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Track calling, email, meeting, and lead-generation metrics.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, solution architects,



and pre-sales teams for effective prospect handover.
- Conduct market research and identify new enterprise accounts and sales opportunities within the US East Coast market

Mandatory Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Services Sales.
- Mandatory: Proven experience selling/doing lead generation in the US East Coast region.
- Candidates without US East Coast market experience will not be considered.
- Strong experience in US B2B/Enterprise sales and outbound lead generation.
- Mandatory working knowledge/exposure to enterprise technology solutions including:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Oracle EBS
- Oracle OCI
- Oracle Databases
- Data & AI Solutions
- Experience engaging CXO-level and senior IT stakeholders.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, objection-handlin
