Role Overview
Outlook Educational Services is seeking a confident and motivated Business Development Manager to support the growth of our student visa, visit visa and overseas education services.
The successful candidate will communicate with prospective clients, understand their requirements, explain available services, follow up on enquiries and help convert leads into successful applications. Full training will be provided to suitable freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
- Understand each client’s study-abroad or visit-visa requirements.
- Explain services, processes, documentation and applicable charges clearly.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed applications.
- Coordinate with visa consultants and documentation teams.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build relationships with students, parents, agents and referral partners.
- Support promotional campaigns, events and business-development activities.
- Work towards individual and team conversion targets.
- Provide professional customer service throughout the client journey.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales interest may apply.
- Previous experience in education consultancy, immigration, sales, telecalling or business development is an advantage.
- Solid English, Hindi and regional-language communication skills.
- Confident telephone, WhatsApp and face-to-face communication.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and work towards targets.
