Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel candidates regarding training programs and placement opportunities.
- Handle walk-in candidates and respond to enquiries.
- Guide candidates through the registration process.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and training teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Positive follow-up and relationship management skills
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
