We are looking for a Sales Intern to support the education loan facilitation process at our partner educational institutes.
This role involves direct interaction with students and parents, explaining education loan processes, assisting customers throughout the loan journey, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
The internship will provide hands-on exposure to sales, customer interaction, education finance, loan processing and relationship management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students, parents and customers at assigned educational institute partners.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them on suitable education loan solutions.
- Explain loan processes, documentation requirements, timelines and applicable policies.
- Communicate key loan-related information, including EMI schedules, loan closure and cancellation procedures.
- Assist customers throughout the loan processing journey and ensure accurate documentation.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and application records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan journey.
- Escalate customer issues to the Relationship Manager or Sales Manager when required.
- Handover relevant customer information to the designated Relationship Manager/Sales Manager for further support.
- Support the team in achieving business and customer-service objectives.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents and institute representatives.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements and customer data confidentiality standards.
