We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive who has good communication skills in English. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, handling inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting basic social media activities.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain customer records using MS Excel or other software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Handle basic social media activities such as creating posts, replying to messages, and updating content (preferred).

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) is an added advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
