About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Digital Marketing Head
to lead our digital marketing strategy, strengthen our online presence, generate qualified business leads, and drive measurable revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have
10+ years of experience in digital marketing
, with a strong track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across
SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics
.
- This is a senior leadership role requiring a combination of
strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, hands-on digital expertise, and strong team leadership
.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the company's overall
digital marketing strategy
aligned with business and revenue objectives.
- Build annual and quarterly digital marketing plans, budgets, campaigns, and KPIs.
- Identify current digital channels, market opportunities, and emerging trends.
- Develop strategies for
brand awareness, lead generation,



customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion
.

2. Performance Marketing
- Lead
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising
, and other paid acquisition channels.
- Own campaign performance,
CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing ROI
.
- Develop and continuously optimize campaign targeting, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets based on performance and business priorities.

3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive
SEO strategies
covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO, and content optimization.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content gap analysis.
- Work closely with content and development teams to improve website performance and search visibility.
