Senior Site Engineer – Civil

M JAM Associates is looking for a Senior Site Engineer – Civil with proven experience in commercial and residential building construction.

The candidate should be capable of handling multiple project sites as per business requirements, independently managing site execution, coordinating contractors, maintaining quality standards and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor multiple commercial and residential construction sites as per project requirements.
- Take responsibility for site execution from start to completion.
- Manage daily site activities as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Monitor quality, measurements, quantities, materials and workmanship across sites.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical and timely solutions.
- Coordinate and control contractors, subcontractors,



supervisors and workers.
- Visit and monitor multiple sites regularly based on project priorities.
- Track progress and ensure each site is moving according to the planned schedule.
- Verify contractor measurements, quantities and stage-wise work completion.
- Control material wastage and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, photographs and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and management when required.
- Ensure proper safety practices and construction standards are maintained at all sites.
