We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Counselor to guide clients through visa and immigration processes. The candidate will assess client profiles, recommend suitable visa options, explain eligibility and documentation requirements, and coordinate applications from initial consultation through submission.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist/Visitor, Work, Business, and PR visas.
- Understand client profiles, goals, and eligibility and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, timelines, and applicable fees.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist clients with visa forms, SOPs, application preparation, and submission.




- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, email, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM/application status.
- Coordinate with documentation, processing, university, and other internal teams.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration rules, visa policies, and application procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
