Role Description -
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented leader to head our finance division branch. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations and ensuring seamless vehicle loan processing.
Key Responsibilities -
Branch Leadership:
Oversee daily branch operations and lead the team to meet business targets in the auto loan sector.
Business Development:
Strategy and execute plans to increase the branch’s vehicle/auto loan portfolio.
Credit & Documentation:
Supervise loan processing, ensuring strict adherence to documentation, credit guidelines, and compliance standards.
Customer & Partner Relations:
Maintain high-quality relationships with customers and auto dealers.
Requirements -
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Vehicle Loan / Auto Loan sector.
Sector Preference:
Proven track record in a Bank or NBFC is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership, operational knowledge of vehicle finance, excellent communication, and decision-making abilities.
