Job Title - Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end design and uploading process for all project materials,
following best practices for content management systems
• Conceptualize and create visual designs based on business and marketing
requirements
• Develop high-quality illustrations, logos, creatives, infographics, and marketing
collaterals using design software or by hand
• Design professional corporate presentations (PPTs) for senior management, sales
pitches, client proposals, and internal communications
• Ensure effective use of colours, typography,



layouts, and branding guidelines across
all creatives
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams, and creative leads to deliver
final designs
• Test and optimize graphics across multiple platforms (digital, print, presentations,
social media)
• Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs within tight timelines
• Ensure all final outputs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand
identity
• Apply trend intelligence and market knowledge (historical and current) while
designing creatives
• Mentor or guide junior designers when required (Senior-level responsibility)
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design (agency or corporate
preferred)
• Strong expertise in presentation design (PPT mandatory) storytelling, layout
structuring, and executive-level visuals
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator,
