Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will handle day-to-day financial transactions, including recording journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements and ledgers. The role involves preparing financial reports, assisting with month-end and year-end closing, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.



The Accountant will ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and will coordinate with internal teams and external auditors as needed. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring cash flow, and providing timely financial insights to management.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in core accounting principles and practices, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in spreadsheets and basic data analysis.
- Knowledge of local taxation rules, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements relevant to businesses operating in India.
