Job Title: Technical Manager (AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, forward-thinking Technical Manager to lead our engineering team and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution, contemporary AI efficiencies, and business strategy. You will oversee a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company goals.

The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise, masters modern AI-assisted development tools, and has a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

· Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technology stack selection for scalability and performance.

· Enforce engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, modern version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.

· Drive AI adoption across the engineering lifecycle to accelerate code generation, debugging, and system prototyping.





· Resolve complex technical bottlenecks and safeguard product security and data compliance.

Team Management & Mentorship

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and developers.

· Upskill the team on modern AI development tools to maximize productivity and code quality.

· Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill gaps, and facilitate career development opportunities.

· Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive engineering culture.

Project Delivery & Operations

· Manage end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Define project scopes, timelines, resources, and budgets in alignment with product management.
