About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team with candidate sourcing, calling, screening, and interview coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have good communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Make recruitment calls and communicate job requirements to candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and understand their experience and expectations.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Opportunity

The internship is for 6 months with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. Based on performance and business requirements, candidates may be considered for a full-time opportunity upon completion of the internship.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
