We’re Hiring – Placement Coordinator, UCSL

Position: Placement Coordinator
Program: Udayan Care Skilling & Livelihood (UCSL)
Location: Delhi – Head Office
Salary: ₹30,000–₹32,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers for placement opportunities.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews and job fairs.
- Track candidates from training completion through placement and retention.
- Coordinate with training centres and placement teams.
- Maintain placement MIS, reports and documentation.
- Support employer engagement and develop new placement partnerships.

Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in placement, employability,



recruitment or employer engagement preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and networking skills.
- Willingness to travel for employer meetings and placement activities.
