Role Description
The Senior Account Executive role at NoBroker HR is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.



This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key corporate and institutional accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities include understanding client hiring and HR requirements, presenting tailored NoBroker HR solutions, leading negotiations, and closing agreements. The Senior Account Executive will coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, product, and customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery, track account performance, and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role also involves preparing regular reports, forecasting revenue, participating in strategic planning, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, including experience handling key or enterprise accounts and complex stakeholder environments.
