Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Senior Performance Test Engineer
with strong expertise in
Performance Engineering, Performance Testing, and programming
. The ideal candidate should have an engineering-oriented development background and be capable of independently driving performance testing, deep-dive analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization across complex enterprise applications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in
Performance Engineering
covering Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity Testing.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with NeoLoad
.
- Experience with other performance testing tools such as
JMeter / LoadRunner / k6
.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in
Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy
.
- Experience with
workload modelling and performance strategy
.
- Strong understanding of
REST APIs, Microservices, distributed applications, and application architecture
.
- Hands-on experience with
SQL and database performance analysis
.




- Robust experience with
APM & Observability
tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Azure Application Insights, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Experience with
AWS / Azure
and cloud-based performance engineering.
- Experience integrating performance testing into
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.
- Understanding of
Docker / Kubernetes
environments.
- Strong experience in
JVM performance analysis
, including GC, Heap, and Thread analysis.
- Expertise in
performance bottleneck identification, deep-dive RCA, troubleshooting, and performance optimization recommendations
.
- Experience in
application and infrastructure performance analysis
.
- Ability to interact with
customers/stakeholders
, present performance findings, and drive technical discussions.
- Experience in
mentoring and guiding junior performance engineers
.
