Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 2ā€“3 years of experience to manage purchase activities, vendor coordination, ERP/system work, documentation, and general clerical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities, including quotations, rate comparisons, Purchase Orders, and vendor follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, delivery schedules, dispatches, shortages, and replacements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, delivery challans, and other documentation.
- The candidate will be required to make outside/local market visits for clerical purchase activities, vendor coordination, collection of quotations/documents, and other purchase-related requirements.
- Manage purchase-related entries and records in CRM and prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance,



Accounts, and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Assist in vendor negotiation and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Handle routine clerical, data-entry, filing, email, and administrative work related to the Purchase Department.
- Ensure accuracy, timely follow-up, and proper maintenance of all purchase records.

Eligibility & Skills
- Minimum 2ā€“3 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
- Experience in Plastic, Masterbatch, Automotive, or Manufacturing Industry will be added advantage
- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA or relevant qualification preferred.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Candidates having their own two-wheeler/vehicle will be preferred.
