Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets in line with the regional business plan, including retail volume and market share.
Expand the customer base by identifying new customer segments, markets, and business opportunities.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting based on annual, quarterly, and monthly targets.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans to drive sustainable sales growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews of dealerships and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Communicate company policies, programs, and initiatives to dealerships and ensure effective implementation and compliance.
Liaise with financial institutions to ensure the timely availability of funds to dealers and promote retail finance options for customers.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand expectations, and facilitate resolution of complaints, wherever required.
Review dealership business performance and recommend improvement actions to enhance sales and profitability.
Provide timely market intelligence and feedback to the RSM on competitor activities,



government regulations, market trends, and other relevant business developments.
Build robust relationships with dealers and key stakeholders to drive business performance and ensure effective execution of company initiatives.
